Exterminators
12 Cookie Monsters 7
The Exterminators start off the Fall Ball season with a win. We defeated the
Cookie Monsters 12-7 in a back and forth match up. Gianna Pierandi did a fantastic job at the mound sriking out seven batters...she
also had strong at bats with 2 singles and a double..Great Job "G"...I knew you could do it! Sam Carbone and Kayla
Hopkins both had a pair of singles and a triple and each drove in 3 RBI'S, great hitting girls! Katarina Wall also had a pair
of singles and a double. The game ball went to Emily D'Onfrio a third grader. Emily amazed us with 2 singles and a double,
she drove in 2 RBI'S giving us the go ahead run! The team really came together and played a great ball game. Coach Warren
is proud of each and everyone of you. Yellow Jackets 11 Black Diamonds 6
The Yellow Jackets opened up the FallBall season with a
great team win. Everyone was a contibuting factor! Player of the Game was Sydney Kusmit! Sydney lead off the Yellow Jacket's
season with a walk in her first at bat to set the tempo and later scored when big sis Rileigh, who reached base all 3
times, drove her in for the first Yellow Jacket un. Sydney would later go on and get her first hit! Nicole Snedeker went 3-3
with a double and 2 RBIs, and pitched 2 solid innings. Hannah "Turbo" Whitney also pitched 2 solid innings and went
2-3 with 3 RBIs. The "3 MacKenzies" (MacKenzie "Macky" Wolcheski, MacKenzie "MK" Schupp,
MacKenzie "Hyper" Ardito) combined to go 8-8 with 4 RBIs, 3 of them by Macky. Hyper also pitched 2 solid innings.
MK had an unassited double play! Great all around play by all the girls!
Saturday Sept 17
Yellow Jackets 9 Cookie Monsters 8
The Yellow Jackets grinded out a nail bitting win after coming back from an early 3-0 hole.
Players of the Game were Ayaka Tetrault and Morgan McNabola. Ayaka lead the offense going 3-4 with a double, an RBI and
2 runs scored. Morgan contributed with 3 hits, but played a stellar first base in only her second game at the position. Hannah
Yother had a run scoring triple and Nicole Snedeker drove in 3 runs on 3 hits moving her to 6-6 on the season. MK pitched
a much improved and very impressive inning! Great job girls!!!
Exterminators
12 Team Extreme 11
Great game played by both teams. Exterminators come back being down 11-7 in the bottom of the 6th inning.
After 2 runs came in bringing the score to 11-9, with runners on first and third Jess Smith hit the ball deep in right field
earning her a 3 run homer! That brought the score up to 12-11 and was the league max of 5 runs scored in an inning. The Exterminators
took the field and played tremendous defense holding the mighty Team Extreme from scoring giving us the walk off in the 7th
inning win. That game winning home run earned Jess the game ball. Another game ball was given to Gianna Pierandi for a fantastic
job on the mound striking out 5 batters and 2 snagged line drive catches..
Brianna Connolly had an amazing 5 RBIs and
Kayla Hopkins hit a crushing double sending in 2 RBIs. Sam Carbone hit a crusher to deep left center field and was taken away
from her by an amazing catch by Team Extreme's Julia Esposito.
